New Alternatives for Installation

Chemical-free processing ("Dry processing") enables you to place the dDP-421/621 in any type of location, such as offices, hotels, convenience stores, and so on.

Friendly to the Environment

The dDP-421/621 uses a dry printing process and therefore does not require the disposal of any harmful waste solutions. This means it is friendly to the environment and there are no unpleasant odors that occur from using chemicals.

High Quality Glossy and Semi-Glossy Prints

The integration of Seiko Epson's inkjet technology and Noritsu Koki's image processing technology enables vivid, high quality prints on both glossy and semi-glossy paper.

Compact Design

The entire system (OM-2 + DP-410/610) has a footprint that barely exceeds 1 square meter. Footprint: Approximately 1.1 square meters.

Easy Maintenance

There is no need to handle chemicals or waste solution. You also do not have to wash chemical racks or perform start-up or close-down checks, and paper replacements are made easily in a lighted room.





Features
A New 7-Color Set of Pigment Ink
New ink heads and a new 7-color set of pigment ink are used to produce durable glossy and semi-glossy prints with excellent color portrayal and natural gradations.
 Easy Set-Up / Easy Operation
Start up checks consist only of automatic nozzle checks, enabling you to begin printing within approximately 5 minutes from the time you turn the power on. Furthermore, operation is easier than ever with the touch screen monitor and user-friendly GUI.
 Energy-Saver / Space-Saver
These machines use a mere 123KWh (dDP-421)/126KWh (dDP-621) per month, and only 2.7 square meters are required for their operation.

Self-Service Prints Possible
By connecting a CT-2MD/CT-BOX (option), you can turn the dDP-421/621 into a self-service system and let your customers insert their media and enter the order information themselves.
Dual Magazine System
There are two magazine compartments which can hold a total of up to three rolls of paper (1). One roll of paper (203mm or larger) can be set in the lower compartment, and you can choose to set either two rolls of the same size paper (152mm or smaller) or one roll of paper (203mm or larger) in the upper compartment.
(1) dDP-421: The magazine for the lower compartment is an option.
 Stand-Alone Printer Configuration Possible
The DP-410/610 (printer section from the dDP-421/621) can be used as a stand-alone network printer and operated without the OM-2. In this case, multiple client computers can be connected to a server computer, and images can be sent from these computers through the server to the dDP printer for printing.
 S-1 Film Scanner (Option)
The S-1 enables film scanning and automatic dust & scratch correction of the scanned images. DIGITAL ICE (Standard) automatically corrects dust and scratches on the base layer of film, and Digital Masking Software (Option) automatically corrects dust and scratches on the emulsion layer.
Digital Camera Media
It is possible to make prints from almost any kind of digital camera media.
 Flatbed Scanner (Option)
Using a flatbed scanner, it is possible to offer a Print to Print service and / or a media writing service for customers who do not have their negatives.
 Additional Value Prints
The QSS Printer Driver (Option) is software that expands your printing possibilities by enabling you to use the dDP-421/621 to make prints from application software. Template Creation Software (Option) provides an array of template designs that can be combined with images to increase the value of your customers' photos.
